I’ve been in the process of rethinking where I see clients and wanted to share something I’ve been looking into. Finding the right therapist office space in New York isn’t always straightforward. A lot of commercial offices feel too corporate, and general coworking spots don’t always provide the privacy or tone that therapy really needs.
Recently I came across hive therapy and found the concept interesting. The idea of having rooms designed specifically for mental health professionals — instead of adapting a generic office — makes practical sense. Things like quiet hallways, simple scheduling structures, and a consistent environment can make a normal workday feel more settled.
I’m still weighing options, but it seems like having a space built intentionally for therapy changes the experience in subtle ways. Curious if others here have gone the same route or are still navigating their own search for the right setup.
