Lately, I’ve noticed more people talking openly about DID, which I think is a great step toward reducing stigma. Many still wonder what is did and why it’s often misunderstood, but the more conversations we start, the more awareness we build.
On a related note, I recently came across someone describing their reactions as a bit petulant, but after learning more about emotional dysregulation, it made me realize how often people misjudge symptoms that are rooted in deeper mental health struggles.
If anyone has resources or personal insights to share, I’d love to hear how you learned to better understand and support yourself or others dealing with these conditions.
